These terms cover use of this website. Our search service is provided only under a signed client agreement, and that agreement governs it.

Using this site

• Use it lawfully, and don't try to break into it, overload it, or get at accounts that aren't yours.
• Accounts are for the person they were issued to. Keep your password to yourself.
• Searches run through an account must be for a purpose the law allows, under your agreement with us.

What this site is not

This site doesn't give consumer reports to the public. Coverage, counts and examples on this site describe our service. They aren't a promise about any particular search. The people shown in examples are made up.

Liability

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Old Red LLC isn't liable for losses from using it. Your client agreement sets out what we're responsible for in the search service.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
